Cello Group plc03 July 2006 3 July 2006 Cello Group plc ("the Company") Additional Listing Application has been made for 123,254 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's AIMmarket for listed securities ("Admission"). The new Ordinary Shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of an optionby the Company to acquire 50.1% of OMP Services Limited (the "Acquisition")which was announced earlier today. The new Ordinary Shares are being issued aspart consideration for the Acquisition. Admission is expected to becomeeffective on 6 July 2006.
