Notification of Transactions of Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and Connected Persons

The Company has been advised that Barry Olliff, on Tuesday 2 February, sold 25,000 Ordinary shares at a price of 310p per share. Following this sale, he and his connected persons hold a balance of 5,118,683 Ordinary shares in the Company representing 19.5% of the Company's issued share capital.

This disposal of shares reflects Mr Olliff's stated intention of, subject to close periods and other regulatory requirements, selling 500,000 shares at 310p per share, 500,000 at 350p per share and 500,000 at 400p per share. Since declaring that intention Mr. Olliff has sold a total of 125,000 Ordinary shares at 310p.

In addition, the Company has been advised that further to the announcement made on 1 February 2010 regarding share options being exercised by Carlos Yuste, he and his connected persons hold a balance of 248,275 Ordinary shares rather than 248,125 as announced.
