Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") and persons closely associated with them.
City of London (LSE: CLIG), a leading specialist asset management group offering a range of institutional and retail products investing primarily in closed-end funds, has been notified that our CEO Tom Griffith has exercised 6,000 share options at an exercise price of £3.4875 per ordinary share in the Company ("Ordinary Share").
Following these purchases, Mr. Griffith's beneficial interest is 503,877 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.0% of the Company's issued share capital.
