Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

The Company would like to advise that, on Tuesday 14 September Barry Olliff, Chief Executive Officer, sold 375,000 Ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 310p per share. Following this purchase, Mr Oliff has an interest of 4,793,683 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 18.46% of the Company's issued share capital.

In addition Tom Griffith, Chief Operating Officer, exercised options over 50,000 Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 45p per share. Mr Griffith subsequently sold the 50,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 312p per Ordinary Share. Following this exercise and subsequent sale, Mr Griffiths has an interest of 49,925 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.19% of the Company's issued share capital
