Notification of Transaction of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR")
CLS Holdings plc Share Incentive Plan ("SIP")
The Company announces that it was notified on 5 June 2019 that Fredrik Widlund, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company, John Whiteley, Chief Financial Officer and Director of the Company and Simon Wigzell, Head of Group Property and PDMR of the Company, (the "Participants") acquired ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") on 5 June 2019 under the Partnership Shares element of the CLS Holdings plc Share Incentive Plan. The Participants were awarded one Matching Share for each Partnership Share purchased.
The Ordinary Shares were purchased at a price of 221 pence per Ordinary Share.
