CLS HOLDINGS PLC ("CLS") ANNOUNCES THE LETTING OF 473 SQ M (5,096 SQ FT) AT GREAT WEST HOUSE, BRENTFORD, TW8

The Board of CLS is pleased to announce the letting of 473 sq m (5,096 sq ft) on the 10th floor of Great West House, Brentford to Medical Professional Personnel Ltd.

The new lease is for a term of five years, and is subject to a rent-free period of nine months and a tenant break option at the end of the third year. The rent of 91,728 p.a. ( 194 psm / 18 psf) rises to 96,824 p.a. ( 205 psm / 19 psf) after two years. The space has been fully refurbished with new air conditioning, a new raised floor and new ceiling, and new lighting and decoration.

Medical Professional Personnel Ltd was attracted to Great West House by the quality of the accommodation offered and the onsite facilities, which include a gymnasium and restaurant, each for the exclusive use of the tenants. There remains 3,530 sq m (38,000 sq ft) available to let of fully refurbished offices from 46 sq m (500 sq ft) at 210 psm / 19.50 psf at Great West House through joint letting agents Hanover Green and Hargreaves Newberry Gyngell.

Other commercial occupiers within Great West House include Allianz Insurance Plc and Global Refund Ltd.
