The Company was advised on 8th April 2009 that, on 7th April 2009, CLS Holdings plc purchased 1,163,941 ordinary shares of £0.01 at an average price per share of 26p. Following this purchase CLS Holdings plc has increased its shareholding in the Company to 18,559,778 ordinary shares in the Company, representing c.46.40% of the issued share capital of the Company.
