CLS Holdings plc Share Incentive Plan ("SIP")
The Company announces that it was notified on 9 June 2026 that Fredrik Widlund, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company (the "Participant"), acquired ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") on 9 June 2026 under the Partnership Shares element of the CLS Holdings plc Share Incentive Plan. The Participant was awarded one Matching Share for each Partnership Share purchased.
The Ordinary Shares were purchased at a price of 46.7 pence per Ordinary Share.
