Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging

Managerial Responsibility

The Company announces that pursuant to the Company's Tender Offer, as described in the Circular to shareholders dated 14 March 2014 which completed on 2 May 2014, the directors/persons discharging managerial responsibility of the Company below have notified the Company of the sale by Tender of those number of ordinary shares of 25 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1495 pence per share, and are now interested in the number of Ordinary Shares as set out against their name:

* held by the Sten Mortstedt family and charity trust established by Sten Mortstedt and includes Ordinary Shares held by, and in trust for, Mrs Karin Mortstedt and the Sten Mortstedt family.

+ Total holding includes the notification on 24 April 2014 of 122 Ordinary Shares purchased on 23 April 2014, 25 April 2014 of 500 Ordinary Shares purchased on 24 April 2014, 28 April 2014 of 23,760 Ordinary Shares purchased on 28 April 2014 and 6 May 2014 of 16,000 Ordinary Shares purchased on 6 May 2014, following the result of the Tender Offer on 2 May 2014.

All notifications are made under DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a).
