The Company announces that Simon Wigzell, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, notified the Company on 7 May 2015 that he purchased 861 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1,817.56 pence per Ordinary Share on 7 May 2015.

Following this transaction, Mr Wigzell's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 15,000 Ordinary Shares (0.03%).
