The Company announces that it was notified on 24 October 2012 that John Whiteley, Chief Financial Officer and Director of the Company purchased 2,227 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 715.5 pence per Ordinary Share on 24 October 2012.

Following this transaction, Mr Whiteley's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 12,000 Ordinary Shares (0.03%).
