Transactions in Own Shares
Caledonia Investments plc (the "Company") announces that it has today given an irrevocable instruction to Winterflood Securities Limited to purchase its ordinary shares under the authority to purchase shares approved by shareholders on 21 July 2016. Any shares purchased will be cancelled.
The instruction is valid from 1 April 2017 to 24 May 2017, being the day prior to the release on 25 May 2017 of the announcement of the Company's final results for the year ending 31 March 2017.
Any purchases will be effected within certain pre-set parameters, and in accordance with the Company's general authority to purchase its shares and Chapter 12 of the Listing Rules and any trading decisions will be made by Winterflood Securities Limited independently of, and uninfluenced by, the Company.
The Company confirms that it currently has no inside information relating to the Company which has not been publicly disclosed.
