Buy-back instruction
Caledonia Investments plc (the "Company") announces that it has today given an irrevocable instruction to J.P. Morgan Securities plc ("JPMS plc") to purchase its ordinary shares under the authority to purchase shares approved by shareholders on 18 December 2024. Any shares purchased will be cancelled.
The instruction is valid from 3 January to 19 May 2025, being the day prior to the release on 20 May 2025 of the announcement of the Company's annual results for the year ending 31 March 2025.
Any purchases will be effected within certain pre-set parameters, and in accordance with the Company's general authority to purchase its shares and Chapter 9 of the Listing Rules, and any trading decisions will be made by JPMS plc independently of, and uninfluenced by, the Company.
The Company confirms that it currently has no inside information relating to the Company which has not been publicly disclosed.
