Total voting rights and capital

In accordance with Rule 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (the "DTRs"), Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") notifies the market that, as at 31 July 2021, Caledonia's issued share capital includes 55,141,647 ordinary shares of 5p each with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in treasury.

The above figure of 55,141,647 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or changes to their interests in, Caledonia under the DTRs.
