Result of Audit Tender

Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces its intention to appoint BDO LLP ("BDO") as its independent auditor for the financial year ending 31 March 2022.

The board's decision to appoint BDO follows the completion of a competitive tender process managed by Caledonia's Audit Committee which included participation by incumbent auditor KPMG LLP ("KPMG") amongst other firms.

KPMG will continue in its role as auditor for the financial year ending 31 March 2021. The appointment of BDO will be recommended for shareholder approval at Caledonia's 2021 Annual General Meeting.
