Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") has been notified pursuant to DTR 3.1.2R of the following purchases of its ordinary shares of 5p each involving three of its directors, Jamie Cayzer-Colvin, William Wyatt and The Honourable Charles Cayzer, and certain of their connected persons. All of the shares were purchased on 14 August 2014 at a price of 2142.74p per share.Β

The shares purchased by The Dunchurch Lodge Stud Company will be registered in its own name and all of the other share purchases referred to above will be registered in the name of Caytrust Finance Company Limited.
