CALEDONIA INVESTMENTS PLC - GRANT OF SHARE OPTIONS
Pursuant to the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that on 30 May 2018 the following nil-cost options over ordinary 5p shares in Caledonia were granted to executive directors under the Caledonia Investments 2011 Performance Share Scheme (the "Performance Share Scheme"). The company's share price used to determine the number of Performance Share Scheme awards was 2705p.
