CALEDONIA INVESTMENTS PLC - GRANT OF SHARE OPTIONS
Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that on 26 May 2016 the following nil-cost options over ordinary 5p shares in Caledonia were granted to executive directors under the Caledonia Investments 2011 Performance Share Scheme (the "Performance Share Scheme"). The company's share price used to determine the number of Performance Share Scheme was 2422p.
