Director/PDMR Shareholding Notification
Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") has been notified pursuant to the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation of the following transactions involving three of its directors, Jamie Cayzer-Colvin, Stephen King and William Wyatt as detailed below.
On 19 December 2017, ordinary 5p shares were transferred to the above-named directors under Caledonia's 2011 Performance Share Scheme ("Performance Share Scheme"), at nil cost. All resulting shares were sourced from the Caledonia Investments plc Employee Share Trust and subsequently sold at 2707.5p per share on the same date.
