Director/PDMR Shareholding Notification
Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia" or the "Company") has been notified pursuant to the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation of the following transactions in its ordinary shares of 5p, which took place on 13 December 2019 and involved persons closely associated with one of its directors, William Wyatt.
Family trusts, of which Mr Wyatt is a trustee, purchased 2,000 shares in Caledonia, representing 0.004% of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital. The transactions increased Mr Wyatt's non-beneficial holdings in the Company.
All of the shares were purchased from a close relative of Mr Wyatt at a price of 3150p per share. The transactions were conducted off-market and in London.
Mr Wyatt's total interests in Caledonia's ordinary shares following the above transactions are as follows:-
Beneficial - 1,143,715 shares* = 2.07%
Non-beneficial - 80,038 shares = 0.14%
Performance share awards - 120,620 awards = 0.22%
Deferred bonus plan awards - 16,576 awards = 0.03%
* includes 1,004,296 shares owned by The Dunchurch Lodge Stud Company
