Director/PDMR Shareholding Notification
On 7 April 2016, Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia" or the "Company") was notified by one of its non-executive directors, Stuart Bridges, of the following purchases of ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company, which occurred as a result a standing election put in place by Mr Bridges' broker to reinvest dividends received on 5,000 Caledonia shares purchased on Mr Bridges' behalf in May 2014.
