Director/PDMR Shareholding Notification
Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia" or the "Company") has been notified pursuant to the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation of the following transactions which took place on 31 December 2017 in its ordinary shares of 5p each involving persons closely associated with one of its directors, William Wyatt.
Three of Mr Wyatt's minor nieces and nephews transferred a total of 32,000 shares, representing 0.06% of Caledonia's total issued ordinary share capital, held in their own names into family trusts of which Mr Wyatt is a trustee, thereby increasing Mr Wyatt's non-beneficial interests in the Company. The transactions were conducted off-market and in London.
Mr Wyatt's total interests in Caledonia's ordinary shares following the above transactions are as follows: -
Beneficial - 1,140,785* shares = 2.06%
Non-beneficial - 66,418 shares = 0.12%
Performance share scheme awards - 111,329 = 0.20%
Deferred bonus plan awards - 29,816 = 0.05%
* includes 1,001,366 shares owned by The Dunchurch Lodge Stud Company.
