Director/PDMR Shareholding Notification
Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") has been notified pursuant to the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation of the following transaction in its ordinary shares of 5p each involving persons closely associated with one of its directors, William Wyatt.
On 4 July 2017, 2,000 shares in Caledonia, representing 0.004% of Caledonia's total issued ordinary share capital, were purchased for three of Mr Wyatt's minor children, Oliver, India and Johnny, at a price of 2942p per share from a close family relative. The purchase was conducted off-market and in London.
Mr Wyatt's total interests in Caledonia's ordinary shares following the above transaction are as follows:-
Beneficial - 1,110,485* shares = 2.01%
Non-beneficial - 28,418 shares = 0.05%
Performance share scheme awards - 97,396 = 0.18%
Deferred bonus plan awards - 20,800 = 0.04%
* includes 972,066 shares owned by The Dunchurch Lodge Stud Company, a private company
controlled by Mr Wyatt and persons connected with him.
