Director/PDMR Shareholding Notification

Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") has been notified pursuant to DTR 3.1.2R of the following transaction involving one of its directors, The Honourable Charles Cayzer.

Following distributions on 2 July 2015 from a family trust of which he is a Trustee, The Honourable Charles Cayzer's non-beneficial holding in Caledonia has reduced by 7,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.01% of Caledonia's total issued ordinary share capital.

The Honourable Charles Cayzer's total interests in Caledonia's ordinary shares following the above transaction are as follows:

Beneficial - 40,092 shares = 0.07%

Non-beneficial - 14,500 shares = 0.03%
