Annual report 2015 and notice of 2015 annual general meeting

On 27 May 2015, Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia" or the "Company") released its final results for the year ended 31 March 2015 under RNS number 2930O. This announcement contained the regulated information in relation to annual financial reports required to be made public in unedited full text by Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.3.5.

Caledonia now announces that it has posted to shareholders its full annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2015 ("Annual Report 2015"), together with a circular containing the notice of its annual general meeting to be held on 16 July 2015 ("2015 AGM Circular").

Copies of the Annual Report 2015 and the 2015 AGM Circular have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism ("NSM") and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.
