Adept4 plc, the AIM quoted provider of IT as a Service, announces the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ending 30 September 2018, together with the Notice of AGM, has been posted to shareholders. Copies of these documents are also available on the Company's website at www.adept4plc.co.uk.
The Annual General Meeting is to be held at 1.00 p.m. on 25 March 2019 at the offices of DAC Beachcroft, The Walbrook Building, 25 Walbrook, London EC4N 8AF.
