Board Changes

Adept4 (AIM: AD4), the AIM quoted provider of IT as a Service, today announces that Nick Deman will step down from his position as Interim Finance Director on 30 September 2018, to coincide with the end of the current financial year. Following Nick's departure, the role of CFO will be fulfilled by Jill Collighan, currently Executive Director of the Company. Jill has over 15 years' experience as a CFO of AIM listed businesses and is also CFO of MXC Capital Limited, the Company's majority shareholder, Simon Duckworth, Non-Executive Chairman, commented:

"Whilst the role was always intended to be provided on an interim basis, we have particularly enjoyed working with Nick during his time with us, during which he has successfully helped us manage a number of key projects. We would like to place on record our thanks to him, and wish him equal success in future roles."
