Director Buy

Pinnacle Telecom Group plc ("Pinnacle" or the "Company" (AIM: PINN)) the AIM listed provider of integrated telecommunications solutions, announces that it was notified today that Alan J Bonner, Chief Executive Officer, bought 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company on July 13th 2010.

Following this purchase Mr. Bonner is interested in 174,791,257 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 10.05 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
