Grant of Options
Director's Interests
The Board of Clinical Computing Plc announces that on 2 December 2009, it granted options over 3,850,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each, representing 3.5 per cent of the current issued share capital, with an exercise price of 2.75p per share. There was no consideration paid upon the grant of the options and there are no performance criteria attached to the exercise of the options.
900,000 of these options have been granted to Joseph Marlovits, Chief Executive, under the terms of the Company's Unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme. These options are exercisable from 2 December 2012 to 1 December 2019. The remaining options have been granted to various Group employees.
