Checkit (AIM: CKT), announces that on 12 September 2024, Keith Daley, Non-Executive Chair, purchased a total of 135,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 21.00 pence per Ordinary Share.
