Director / PDMR Shareholding
Elektron Technology plc announces that on 12 December 2016 each of John Wilson and Keith Daley exercised their Market Value Option to acquire shares in the Company granted by the Trustee on 28 July 2016, in part, at an exercise price equal to the mid-market price of the Company's shares at close of business on 09 December.
The resulting shares and options held by Keith Daley and John Wilson following the above transactions are as follows:

Following the above transactions the Elektron Technology plc 2012 Employee Benefit Trust is interested in 9,283,650 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, representing 4.99% of the Company's issued share capital.
The Company has also been informed that Peter Welch purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in Elektron earlier today at a price of 8p per share.
