2015 Annual Report and Financial Statements

Elektron announces that it has today published its annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 January 2015.

The document will be sent to shareholders today and is also available in the investors section of the Company's website at www.elektron-technology.com.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 3.00pm on 30 July 2015 at Westminster College, Madingley Road, Cambridge CB3 0AA. The Notice of Annual General Meeting will be sent out in July 2015.
