Director/PDMR Shareholdings
This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4
On 7 January 2011 the following awards over ordinary shares in the Company were granted under the Clarkson PLC Long Term Incentive Plan (the "Plan") to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") of the Company:
No consideration was paid for the grant of the awards which represent restricted shares due to Mr Case, Mr Woyda and Mr Stopford in fulfilment of their 2009 bonus as disclosed in the 2009 annual report.
The vesting of the awards is subject to continued employment and they will normally vest on 30 April 2014.
