Director Change

Clarkson PLC announces that Peter M. Anker will stand down as a director with immediate effect. This follows Peter's recent decision to retire from the Board and not stand for re-election at the 2019 AGM. Peter will remain within the Group as a Senior Advisor - Banking and Broking. 

Bill Thomas, Non-Executive Chair, said "I would like to thank Peter for his service and considerable contribution to Clarkson during his time on the Board."
