Resolutions passed at AGM and Meeting of Deferred Shareholders
At the Annual General Meeting of Cape plc, (AIM: CIU), held earlier today at Adelaide House, London Bridge, London, resolutions 1 to 7 and 9 to 11, as set out in the notice of Annual General Meeting were duly passed on a poll. Resolution 8, to authorise the Directors to allot shares for cash on the basis of a limited disapplication of statutory pre-emption rights, was withdrawn prior to the meeting.
