PERFORMANCE SHARE PLAN AWARDS
The Company announces that on 13 April 2011 the following Executive Directors were granted conditional nil-cost awards over the Company's ordinary shares of 25 pence each under the Cape plc 2007 Performance Share Plan:

Subject to certain performance conditions being met, the awards will vest on a sliding scale basis on the third anniversary of the date of grant. Such awards which do not vest, due to the performance conditions not being met, will lapse.
