LTIP Awards
CityFibre (AIM: CFHL), a leading designer, builder, owner and operator of fibre optic infrastructure in UK towns and cities, announces that on 22 August 2017, the Company granted nil-cost options over a total of 11,285,057 ordinary shares (representing approximately 1.78% of the Company's issued share capital) under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") adopted at the Company's AGM on 20 April 2015. The award has been made to members of the Group's executive team, senior management and employees in line with the intention set out in the Company's Capital Raising Prospectus dated 11 July 2017.
Awards over a total of 7,048,177 ordinary shares for the executive directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities have been set out in the table below and are subject to vesting criteria based on share price performance, turnover and profit measures:
