CityFibre (AIM: CFHL), a leading designer, builder, owner, and operator of fibre optic infrastructure in UK towns and cities, has been notified that Gary Mesch, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold 250,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 50 pence per Ordinary Share on 16 February 2016.

Following this sale, Mr Mesch is beneficially interested in 2,246,831 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.85 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
