Grant of Options to Executive Director
22 October 2014
The Company announces that on 21 October 2014 it granted Paolo Pieri, its Chief Financial Officer, an option to acquire at nominal value 2,200,000 ordinary shares of £0.02 each in the capital of the Company (the "Option Shares"), subject to certain restrictions. The intention to grant the Option Shares was previously disclosed by the Company on 20 December 2014.
The Option Shares shall vest as follows:
· 1,100,000 Option Shares on 1 December 2014; and
· 1,100,000 Option Shares on 1 December 2015
Once vested, the Option Shares may be exercised at any time up to 20 October 2021 provided Mr Pieri remains employed by the Company.
Mr Pieri does not own any shares in the Company and neither has he received any other options since joining the Company in 2010.
