Annual Report and Accounts 2014

City of London Group plc has published its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2014. The document will be posted to shareholders today, with the notice of annual general meeting. The AGM is to be held on Tuesday 23 September 2014 at Addleshaw Goddard LLP, Milton Gate, 60 Chiswell Street, London, EC1Y 4AG at 10.00am.

A copy of the annual report and accounts, the notice of annual general meeting and the form of proxy has been filed with the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection shortly at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.  These documents can also be viewed on the Company's website at http://www.cityoflondongroup.com.
