August 2015 Corporate Monthly Update
CIC Gold (LSE: CICG) is pleased to provide the following general corporate update for August 2015.
Annual General Meeting (Thursday 10 September 2015)
AGM materials have been mailed to registered share holders and Nominees of non-registered shareholders. Shareholders whom have not received voting and meeting materials should contact Dr. Cowley by email drgpc@CICGold.com.
Acquisitions / De-risk services Update
Given the Board's expertise and background in the gold mineral sector, the Company has been approached to provide de-risking advisory services regarding several gold mineral assets. The Board is evaluating the merit of pursuing these opportunities as well as continuing to evaluate a number of potential acquisition opportunities.
Interim Financial Statements Unaudited
The Company released the Interim Financial Statements on the 27 August 2015. Following the publication of the Company's prospectus with financial statements to 31 March 2015 (Q1) and the interim financial statements (Q2), the Company intends to continue to file quarterly rather than half yearly.
