Corporate Update
CIC (AIM: CICR), the consulting and advisory firm operating primarily in the mining and energy infrastructure sectors, is pleased to provide the following corporate update.
Crowe Clark Whitehill LLP has been appointed to act as Non Statutory Auditor of CIC and has commenced the audit of CIC Consolidated Accounts for year ended January 31, 2012.
In addition, Symvan Securities Limited is appointed co-broker to the Company with Northlands Capital Partners to remain as principal broker. The additional brokerage will aid CIC to put in place effective investor communication strategies and reach a wider investment community.
Finally, following the announcement of the de-listing of the Company's shares from the Canadian CNSX in June 2011 the Company subsequently had the admission to trading of its shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange also cancelled. The Company's ordinary shares now only trade on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.
