World Chess plc (LSE: CHSS), a leading chess organisation seeking to promote the mass market appeal of chess globally through the commercial offering of different chess-related activities, announces that it received notification on 07 June 2023 that Richard Collett CFO and Executive Director, purchased 5,319 ordinary shares of £0.0001 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 9.40 pence per share. Further details are set out in the notification of dealing form below.
Following the purchase, Richard Collett holds 5,319 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.001 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
