Investor Presentation via Equity Development

Cohort plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that its Chief Executive, Andrew Thomis, and Finance Director, Simon Walther, will present its preliminary results for the year ended 30 April 2025. 

The webinar will take place on Friday 18th July, starting at 10.15am. The online presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders and registration is free.

Sensors and Effectors

· Chess Dynamics offers multi-sensor surveillance, tracking and fire-control systems for defence customers. Chess has been part of the Group since December 2018. www.chess-dynamics.com

· ELAC SONAR supplies advanced sonar systems and underwater communications to global customers in the naval marketplace. Acquired by Cohort in December 2020. www.elac-sonar.de
