COHORT PLC (the "Company")
Director Shareholdings
Cohort plc (the "Company") wishes to notify the following changes in the interests of directors of the Company in ordinary shares of 10 pence in relation to the purchase of shares.
Purchase of SIP Shares
The Company hereby notifies the market that, on 10 September 2019 shares were purchased under the Cohort plc Share Incentive Plan ("SIP") to be held in Trust beneficially on behalf of Mr Andrew Thomis and Mr Simon Walther as follows:

The SIP purchase price is based on the lower of the share price at the beginning of the accumulation period (1 September 2018), being 415.00p, and the share price on the acquisition date (10 September 2019), being 465.00p.

Following completion of the transactions detailed above on 10 September 2019, the interests of Mr Thomis and Mr Walther and their connected persons in the shares of Cohort plc will be as follows:
