PDMR dealing
Churchill China plc (AIM: CHH), the manufacturer of innovative performance ceramic products serving hospitality markets worldwide, announces that on 24 May 2019 certain PDMRs undertook the following transactions in the ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):

In order to satisfy the exercise of options, a total of 30,984 Ordinary Shares were transferred from treasury. Following the above transactions the Company's share capital now consists of 11,030,172 Ordinary Shares, with 43,938 Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights is 10,986,234.
The figure of 10,986,234 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Churchill China plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules
