Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified yesterday that Jonathan Sparey, Non-executive Chairman, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 180 pence per share.

As a result of this transaction, Jonathan Sparey has a beneficial interest in 43,100 Ordinary Shares representing 0.4% of the voting share capital of the Company.
