("Churchill China" or the "Company")
PDMR/PCA Shareholding
Churchill China plc (AIM: CHH), the manufacturer and global distributor of performance ceramic and related products to hospitality and retail markets, was notified on 3 June 2021 that, on 3 June 2021, the following Directors bought and transferred ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Mark Moore, Non Executive Director, purchased 270 Ordinary Shares at a price of 1,755 pence per Ordinary Share.
James Roper, Sales and Marketing Director, transferred 200,000 Ordinary Shares to his spouse, Lucy Roper.
Following these transactions, Mark Moore's total beneficial shareholding in the Company is 270 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.002 per cent. of the Company's voting share capital and James Roper's total beneficial shareholding in the Company remains unchanged at 1,000,835 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 9.1 per cent. of the Company's voting share capital.
