Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Churchill China plc (AIM: CHH), the manufacturer and global distributor of ceramic and related products to hospitality and retail markets is pleased to announce the appointment of Brendan Hynes as a non executive director of the Company with immediate effect. Brendan will chair the Company's Audit Committee.

Brendan was Chief Executive Officer of Nichols plc from 2007 to 2013, where he was instrumental in the transformation of the group and has a broad range of experience at senior level across a number of sectors. He is currently non-executive Chairman of Swallowfield plc.
