Churchill China plc is pleased to announce that Alan McWalter, aged 57, will join the Board as a Non Executive Director with effect from 5 January 2011. Alan brings a wealth of knowledge from his career within marketing at a senior level across a number of high profile companies in the Retail and Consumer Goods sectors. Alan is also an experienced Non Executive Director and Chairman of listed and private companies.
The Board look forward to working with Alan in the future.
